Showcase Sunday #15

Showcase Sunday is hosted by Vicky at Books, Biscuits and Tea and is a chance for everyone to show off what they've acquired during the week.

Huge surprise book post this week! And I bought a couple too, because books. Just books. My name is Cora and I'm an addict. Also got tickets for the Sarah J Maas and Leigh Bardugo event at Seven Stories! Yaay for book events up North!

I read an amazing book this week which totally deserves a shout out. If you haven't read Storm in a B Cup by Lindy Dale then go and get it now, grab a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate and the biggest box of tissues you can find and go crazy.

THE HAUL

How I Live Now by Meg Rosoff

  4. I wish i was still up north, i come home from uni for the summer and then Sarah J. Maas appears. It's just not fair :P Also on the book note, they are all so pretty and the spine's work so well together. I really hope you enjoy the two in the Throne of Glass series, they are amazing (in my view) All the others i've heard of (and heard good things of) but have yet to read them myself. Great haul and hope you enjoy reading them :)

  9. Brilliant haul this week! I recently binge read the entirety of the Throne of Glass books, at least the ones that are out, and am now itching for book 4. Heir of Fire was epic... but it just leaves you wanting more. I really need to hurry up and start the Grisha series, I've heard amazing things.
